Welcome to Zombies Survival on Vandorn Farm. If you’re new to Call of Duty®: Black Ops Round-Based Zombies, this mode and the Zombies Training Course are perfect for learning the ropes and getting comfortable fighting the undead—especially in Black Ops 7. For seasoned Zombies players, the basics will feel natural. But since you’re stuck in one confined area, you’ll need smart strategy and skill to reach high rounds. If you’re totally new to the mode, jump into the Zombies Training Course in the Beta too!
How Survival Differs from Standard Round-Based Zombies
Survival works mostly like Standard Round-Based Zombies, but with one key difference: you’re limited to a single location (Vandorn Farm, pulled from the larger Ashes of the Damned map) and have to survive using only the resources here. Some details will be different—like the placement of machines and upgrades—but you’ll get everything you need to stay alive.
Unlike Ashes of the Damned (the massive launch Round-Based Map filled with secrets, story intel, and an intricate Main Quest), Survival on Vandorn Farm has no quests, no Easter Eggs, and no extra frills. It’s purely about you and your squad surviving the horde for as long as possible!
Beta vs. Launch Notes
Operators: During the Beta, you’ll only have access to Beta MP Operators. At Launch, you can play as any character from the combined Zombies Crew.
Beta-Exclusive GobbleGums: The Beta gives you complimentary GobbleGums (only usable in Survival during the Beta). Use them to practice—especially the new ones detailed elsewhere! These won’t affect your Black Ops 6 or Black Ops 7 GobbleGum inventories.
Quick Tools: Use “Toggle spawn point” and “Reset map” options to adjust your setup as needed.

Key Tips for Survival
Master the Basics: Survival relies on nailing Zombies fundamentals. You can’t run from the horde forever—so upgrade consistently and think fast to survive. Don’t miss traps like the Blade Trap; they’re lifesavers in tight spots.
Learn an Escape Route: There’s not much space to kite big hordes, but there’s always a way out of immediate danger. Move early (before you’re surrounded)! Use the barn’s elevation and ground-level paths to make zombies travel farther—buying you precious time.
Upgrade Nonstop: Rounds get harder every time, so don’t slow down your upgrades. Even if you have to leave one zombie alive to grab upgrades, act fast. Do these must-dos:

Stock up on Perk-a-Colas
Replenish supplies
